No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know more**:PepsiCoJobs****Join PepsiCo, dare for better.****Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity****Your Impact**As **HR Operations, Benefits Associate Manager**your scope would consist:- Work across the broader HR, IT, EC, Total Rewards, Communications and Alight benefit teams on initiatives and serve as lead on all transformational data related projects impacting employee/retiree benefits administration- Assist in managing Alight and own vendor relationships; providing guidance and direction on PepsiCo processes and initiatives to ensure key performance metrics are delivered on time and on budget- Manage administration and employee issue resolution via SNOW, including assisting in root cause analysis and implementation of identified changes which may improve data, mapping or recordkeeping.
