This is **_\#LifeAtCummins_**.We are looking for an ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT MANAGER talent, to join our specialized SALES team for our LATIN AMERICA AFTERMARKET department for MEXICO.**RESPONSIBILITIES**In this position you will have an impact by:- Developing, managing, and expanding business relationships with assigned accounts by understanding their business model, industry terminology, and purchasing processes.- Identifying current and emerging customer needs, designing and executing strategies to grow market share and support new business opportunities.- Promoting the benefits of Cummins products and solutions to increase customer value and share of business.- Negotiating and managing contracts, addressing customer inquiries, resolving escalations, and aligning expectations regarding accounts receivable, payment terms, and delivery capabilities.- Coordinating cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment across sales roles and internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.- Monitoring customer satisfaction and loyalty, implementing initiatives to strengthen relationships and drive growth.- Providing accurate and timely reports, forecasts, and insights using Cummins tools, processes, and CRM systems.- Developing and executing account sales plans aligned with business strategy, identifying growth opportunities and enhancing customer value.**QUALIFICATIONS**To be successful in this position, you will need:- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the industry, including direct interaction with customers or products. Background in aftermarket business, B2B, or B2C environments.- Strong experience required with previous customer and/or product experience required. Preferred experience in negotiating commercial or procurement contracts.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
