Zarządzaj tym, co porusza świat.Stanowisko to podlega:Manufacturing Unit Manager**Your role and responsibilities**In this role you will have the opportunity to lead a team of HSE experts. Each day, you will make sure the team keeps developing capabilities and skills, supporting the business in the implementation of policies, practices and programs. You will also showcase your expertise by driving behavioral change and HSE learning within the organization.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions business in San Luis Potosi.You will be mainly accountable for:- Responsible to develop and implement an HSE focused strategy and culture in the mid-long term.- Responsible to lead a high performance team with different responsibilities within the HSE, Medical and environmental areas.- Supporting line managers and supervisors in the organization in understanding obligations, liabilities and requirements- Ensuring appropriate tools and measures are in place and used effectively, at the same time reporting the HSE incidents.- Reporting on HSE performance and progress with respect to the Group objectives- Drive behavioral change and ensuring HSE capabilities are optimized and aligned to standards and best practices**Qualifications for the role**- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental, Medical or similar.- 5+ Years Experience in an HSE Management position and Team management experience in Manufacturing environment.- Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, NOM 035, Clean Industry, ESR standards.- Experience atending internal, government entities and 3rd party HSE related audits and legal compliance processes.- Experience in electrical safety processes required (NFPA 70E knowledge preferred)- Advanced English.- Active Visa and Passport Required**Benefits**We also offer our employees the following benefits:- Dental insurance- Flex days- Employee Assistance Program (PAE)- Development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)
