**Sr. Tableau Developer**- Location: Guadalajara (100% remote)- Time Type: Full time- +3 Years of Experience**Requirements**:- B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or another technical field, or 3+ years of equivalent work experience- Minimum 3+ years _**combined progressive**_ experience in Tableau, Business Intelligence, analytics, or other quantitative fields- 3+ years’ Tableau experience designing and developing business intelligence dashboards- At least 1+ years’ experience _**using Tableau’s latest version **_to design, develop, administer business intelligence dashboards- 3+ years’ of UI/UXspace with proven abilities of using combination of user interface tools to illustrate product usability (wire frames, prototypes, mock-ups, white boarding); experience may be concurrent or overlap with Tableau experience- Experience working with large/complex data sets; ability to write simple queries to create calculated fields- Practical understanding of data systems on process automation and standardization (BI analytics, data blending, data warehousing, data ETL)- Experience working directly with business analysts or business sponsors gathering/validating functional requirements and provide design specifications- Exceptional and advanced _**English and Spanish**_ communication skills with all levels of organization is required (written, verbal, digital, formal presentations)**Benefits**:**100% Payroll - 100% nomina**- **Vacations**: _8 days the first year, increased by 2 days for each year worked until reaching 16 days. ($2,700aprox monthly)**_- **Saving Fund / Fondo de Ahorro (topado por ley)**: _13% of the monthly salary, capped in accordance with the law. ($3,500aprox monthly) - It consists of discounting the employee a percentage of his salary while the company provides a contribution for the same amount that the employee contributes. - It´s paid in November._- **PTU****Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per month
