**Position: Treasury and Administration Coordinator****Industry**:Private Equity Fund**Location**:Bosques de las Lomas, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, 05110, CDMX.**Type**: Full-time**Job Summary**: Ensure efficient management of financial and administrative resources for the SOFOM by overseeing treasury operations, cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and administrative processes. Ensure compliance with fiscal and regulatory requirements, adhering to internal policies and applicable standards.**Key Responsibilities**:**Treasury**:- Manage and monitor the company’s cash flow, ensuring resource availability for financial obligations.- Conduct daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure transaction accuracy.- Coordinate payments to suppliers, clients, and other financial obligations, adhering to established deadlines.- Prepare cash flow projections and liquidity analyses to support strategic decision-making.- Execute and oversee banking operations, including transfers and account management, ensuring updated portfolio control system data.- Generate financial reports related to treasury activities, such as balance and movement analyses.- Handle the preparation and monitoring of regulatory reports per authorities' requirements.**Administration**:- Supervise administrative processes such as billing control, document management, and archiving.- Ensure compliance with applicable fiscal and regulatory requirements for financial and administrative processes.- Maintain up-to-date fiscal and regulatory documentation as required by authorities and external auditors.- Guarantee adherence to local and federal regulations applicable to SOFOM operations.- Implement and supervise administrative policies and procedures to optimize resources.- Assist in budget preparation and monitor compliance.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth administrative and financial operations.- Analyze credit portfolio balances and manage the financial operating system efficiently.- Update accounting policies and procedures based on regulatory changes.**Requirements**:**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.**Experience**: 3-5 years in treasury, finance, and/or administration roles, preferably in financial institutions or SOFOMES.**Technical Skills**:- Advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.- Experience in bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and administrative processes.- Strong knowledge of financial, fiscal, and regulatory standards applicable to SOFOMES, including CNBV, SHCP, CONDUSEF, and PLD.- Familiarity with regulatory processes (e.g., CNBV, SAT, UIF).**Soft Skills**:- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication and teamwork.- Adaptability and time management.**Languages**: Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
