Laser Technician Instructor

As a Laser Technician Instructor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of laser technicians and ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the field.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions for students in laser technology and safety.- Develop and update curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials to ensure the content is current and relevant.- Provide guidance and support to students, including answering questions, offering additional help, and providing constructive feedback.- Create a positive and engaging learning environment, fostering a culture of respect, safety, and teamwork.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance the quality of training.- Maintain and calibrate laser equipment used in training, ensuring safety and accuracy.- Evaluate students' progress and performance, including grading assignments and assessments.- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.Qualifications:- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Laser Technician or in a related field.- Proven teaching or training experience, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts.- Strong knowledge of laser technology, safety protocols, and regulations.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Laser Safety Officer (LSO) certification is a plus.- Experience with various laser systems and technologies is a plus.**Job Type**: ContractPay: $80.00 - $300.00 per hourWork Location: Remote
