Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.**About the role**:- As a Marketing Trainee you will be responsible to assist each of the areas & functions during 18 months rotations within Marketing, Customer Development, Digital and the Brand Innovation Group, working in key projects with the objective of gathering a round understanding of Colgate Palmolive's commercial operations and processes.- Entry level position, responsible for keeping record of category monthly performance and responsible for coordinating the execution of the annual promo, pricing, and visibility plans.**Main responsabilities**:- Ensure excellence in execution for the following:- Price and promotion in new product launches- Promotional pack/ Discounts/ Shopper events- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers new product POP material- Execute in-store annual activity grid- Demos at Point of Sale, visibility plans- Keep syndicated data and financial charts updated monthly closings- Keep sales forecast and demand- Keep project timelines under control- Among other duties assigned to support the team**Basic Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineers, or related fields- At least 6-12 months of experience as intern or similar positions- Advanced English- Excel & Google Suite**Preferred abilities**:- Self-driven- Results oriented- Effective execution- Teamwork and Collaboration**Nice to have**:- Consumer & Shopper knowledge- Executional - Operational- Marketing Essentials**Compensation and Benefits**Salary Range $ - $ USDPay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
