The associate will be responsible to provide support across multifunctional teams consisting of leadership, commercial teams, execution, business development and internal business partners such as finance and legal. The individual will analyze key contract information to develop and implement work processes to ensure contractual compliance within both Flowserve and customers accordingly.Responsibilities & Requirements:- Work with a cross functional team consisting of Business Development, Execution Managers, On-site Application Engineers, and End User Sales personnel to ensure Flowserve meets its commitments of the program.- Responsible for the accountability of the LCA Contract and evaluating key actions associated with the Contract included but not limited to fee adjustments, discounts and credits related to contract incentives.- Responsible for updating and revising Contract Profiles, Flowforce, MS TEAMS, etc. with changes to the Contract or Flowserve personnel.- Evaluate and implement appropriate new processes to increase efficiency, execution, and improve compliance with individual contracts- Coordinate and interface with other Flowserve resources in a positive and constructive manner and work on joint projects as necessary for the net benefit of Flowserve and the customer.- Other duties as assignedPreferred Experience / Skills:- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with the ability to discover errors or inaccuracies related to contracts- Demonstrated experience for the ability to plan, organize, and accomplish goals- Follow up on procedures, organization, and operational facilities- Strong PC knowledge, including MS TEAMS, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Power Point- Ability to collaborate across teams to ensure appropriate activities are performed- Strong business and financial acumen- Excellent communication skills to convey key information and communicate across multiple layers within the organization- Strong self-motivated, willingness to learn, assertive, positive attitude and work ethics- Experience associated with customer facing roles such as, Customer Service, Sales, Planning, Contract administration a plus- Knowledge of Flowserve’s business systems preferred- BS or BA Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics and 2 to 4 years relevant experience**Req ID** : R-14936**Job Family Group** : Sales**Job Family** : SA ContractsEOE including Disability/Protected Veterans.
