As part of the Seller Experience Education is key to spread Exports opportunity and make the process smoother.We are looking for a creative, results-driven Program Manager to drive the Education initiatives for Global Selling being able to identify frictions, define create solutions to make education content effective and use data to measure and improve initiatives. This role will own BR and MX Education strategy being responsible to manage, track and improve our key channels and also be a content creator for all steps of Global Selling Seller Journey.This role will own reporting of key content and Education metrics to the leadership team and broader organization, partner with central teams and influence with senior stakeholders.Key job responsibilitiesCreate and execute Latam´s Education plan aligned to business priorities- Manage all aspects of education initiatives: strategy building, doc writing, planning, messaging,, launching, optimizing and reporting.- Be the main point of contact and manage content creation and channels results, ensuring bar-raising execution.- Conduct deep dive analyses to understand performance, business impact metrics and points for improvement based on Seller's feedbacks.- Collaborate with internal and external insights teams to identify opportunities and leverage them in creating strong narratives for our audiences.About the teamAt Amazon we embrace our differences and we are committed to furthering our culture of inclusion.
