Key responsibilitiestra:- Monitoring BAU reports and automated processes- Maintaining regular client reports (refreshing data, checking or adding comments, implementing changes, addressing technical issues, managing the delivery calendar and the deliveries)- Reviewing data for errors and inconsistencies, flagging data quality issues- Delivering quick turn requests- Suggesting and implementing ways of improving/automating existing deliverables- Sharing and actively searching for best practice examples and implementing the approach in own work whenever possible.**Qualifications**- Completed degree in IT, Systems, Marketing, Administration or similar.- Able to perform/modify basic reporting issues- Extensive knowledge of Office (Excel)- Able to detect errors in a given report- Able to detect opportunities for automation- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Handling work under pressure- Able to size monthly workloads- Time management- Intermediate English- Knowledge of macro programming or visual basic**Additional Information****Our Benefits**- Flexible working environment- Volunteer time off- LinkedIn Learning- Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP)**About NIQ**NIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
