Job Description
Job Summary
Our client is searching for a leader for their Talent Acquisition Team. This individual will be responsible for:
- Implementing and developing talent acquisition processes, interviews, hiring, and onboarding for all job openings at the company.
- Reviewing potential candidates and recommending finalists for different roles in coordination with Staff, based on a thorough interview process.
- Anticipating new talent needs by developing and maintaining close communication with the hiring team and Staff to understand the organizational context and company's vision.
- Leading and executing branding campaigns to attract talent from colleges, job boards, career fairs, etc., to situate the organization's career development opportunities.
- Analyzing the company's turnover rate and causes, and helping to develop strategies in coordination with the Management team to improve this.
- Meeting established metrics determined for the department.
- Maintaining a talent pool for roles with higher turnover.
- Developing and implementing a formal onboarding process for new hires.
- Training and certifying hiring managers in talent acquisition models previously reviewed and approved.
- Implementing processes, policies, and procedures in the recruitment area and ensuring their implementation.
- Designing and executing continuous improvement projects for the department.
The Candidate
Required Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:
- +5 years of experience leading talent acquisition teams.
- +3 years of experience in recruitment and interviewing of executive roles such as management positions or director roles.
- Broad knowledge in talent acquisition techniques and best practices.
- Leadership in project management for the department.
- Solid network of candidate pools that provide an advantage for recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.
- Competency in interview skills.
- Fully fluent in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge in database administration and analysis to review trends.
- Knowledge and interpretation of profile assessment testing and reports.
- Broad knowledge of salary scales, guides, and surveys to assess market offers.
- Higher Education Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred or other formal educational background.
- Availability to travel.
- Must have a valid visa. Sentri Program participant highly desirable.
