Her/His tasks also include research and implementation of special projects for social media.Main Responsibilities- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images or video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content- Moderate all user-generated content for each platform- Create editorial calendars and schedules- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices.- Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.- LeadGen - Supervision of paid campaigns and follow-up with the sales department.- Video, and photography of internal activities in the office**Requirements**:- Fluency in English- Proven work experience in social media marketing- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills- A keen eye for aesthetics and details- Adequate knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & Premiere Pro)- Experience in the tourism/travel clubs industry desirable- Experience working in MKT Agencies or handling more than one account is desirable- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines- Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability- Must live in Cancún Area**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, PermanentContract length: 30 monthsPay: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have adequate knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite?
