Job Description The TA Manager for Operational Excellence streamlines and optimizes Accendra’s talent acquisition processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance. This role ensures the recruitment function operates smoothly, delivers high‑quality hires, and aligns with organizational goals. The Manager also drives continuous improvement by analyzing current processes, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance performance and the candidate experience Key Responsibilities: Process Optimization & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate talent acquisition processes, such as applicant tracking, candidate sourcing, and onboarding. Technology & Tools: Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition processes. Data, Analytics & Reporting: Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Analyze recruitment metrics, identify trends, and generate reports to track the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement. High proficiency in Excel is required. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers, HR leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on talent acquisition goals and strategies by creating data driven insights and analytic summaries. TA Operations Lead the Candidate Experience team (3 direct reports) to support TA Operations – all pre-employment activities between offer acceptance and onboarding. Responsible for full compliance of pre-employment steps to mitigate legal risk. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve talent acquisition processes to ensure they remain effective and efficient. Skills & Qualifications: Strong leadership and influence skills: Leading and motivating across teams to achieve goals. Process improvement expertise: Identifying and implementing process improvements. Data analysis and interpretation: Measuring the effectiveness of talent acquisition initiatives. Communication and interpersonal skills: Collaborating with stakeholders and building relationships. Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices: Staying up-to-date on industry trends. Technology proficiency: Utilizing relevant tools and technologies – Workday preferred, Excel required.
