_**1. Responsibilities**_1 Conducting a situational assessment of the current practices for E-waste importing, exporting, logistics, and recycling process management in CTG Warehouse. 2 Strategic Planning on Production and Sales: Understands and manages the recycling long-term and short-term needs of the organization and effectively balances resources and priorities to deliver results in the short term without compromising long-term success. 3 Identify gaps in the existing policy and regulatory framework in addition to recommending best practices and innovative ways for an improved E-waste recycling. 4 Engage in business development opportunities, understanding evolving market conditions to develop and manage key supplier/customer relationships. 5 Provide executive reports and summaries, presenting ideas and decisions in a concise and professional manner. 6 Assist in developing strategic plans for generating new sources and sales of e-waste materials. 7 Understand market trends within the non-ferrous metals and E-waste commodities markets. 8 Negotiation skills that combine the characteristics of a professional relationship and a well-developed strategy. 9 Develop and expand partnerships with international and domestic customers. 10 Responsible for the purchasing and selling of e-waste scrap metals for the best prices.1 Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in recycling, E-waste management, warehousing, logistics, and recycling commodities sales. 2 Familiar with mineral and metal extraction, production, refining, and recycling processes, including new, emerging technologies in hydrometallurgy, Experience developing and utilizing mineral and metallurgical process models of extraction, processing, and recycling. 3 Has an excellent understanding of Circular Economy concepts and familiarity with common metrics used to discuss the Circular Economy. 4 5 years of experience in developing international regulatory plans and standards related to the field. 5 5 years or more of leadership and management positions. 6 Budgetary planning and adherence experience; P&L management preferred. 7 Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Sciences/Engineering, Waste Management, or closely related fields.**Experience**:- e waste Recycling Process: 5 years (preferred)- Selling / Trading E-waste Commodities: 5 years (preferred)- Negotiation: 5 years (preferred)- Global Sales: 5 years (preferred)
