ProducePay is a well-funded and fast-growing startup looking for a Rockstar Financial Operations Analyst to join our Fulfillment Operations group. This operationally critical role lies at the very center of ProducePay’s daily work of investing in fresh fruit and vegetable growers. If you look forward to seeing your work translate into an immediate, tangible impact for farmers every day then this is the place for you.**Responsibilities**- Verify documents as part of the daily operation process- Help clients use the ProducePay platform throughout their harvest- Assist with financial reports and client-related reports- Track trades between sellers and buyers- Work with the Customer Success Management team on processing information.- Provide financial information to management- Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents- Reconcile financial discrepancies**Requirements**:- Extremely details oriented- Must be fluent in English- Understanding of business and accounting concepts.- Advanced skills in Excel (including macros)- Skills in Salesforce- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field like Finance, Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and finance.- Submit transcripts if you graduated less than 1 year ago- Understanding of accounting and financial concepts is a plus**Benefits**- Competitive salary- Mexican Legal Compliant Benefits- Major Medical Expenses (Includes Vision and Dental)- Minor Medical Expenses- Life Insurance- Monthly transportation stipend- Monthly cell phone stipend- Professional Development Support- Employee Referral Bonus
