Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThis role will assist in leading process engineering initiatives, optimizing production processes, and driving continuous- Lead and oversee manufacturing processes' design, development, and implementation.- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality while reducing costs.- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of process engineers and technicians.- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to enhance process efficiency.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).- 5+ years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.- Experience with high-volume manufacturing processes is highly desirable.**Skills and Competencies**:- Proficient in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.- Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project execution.- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment, including automation and control systems.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- seguro de vida- bonos anuales- comedor- fondo de ahorro- transporte- seguro de gastos médicos- servicios médicos en planta**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Ingeniería**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo**Salario mensual neto** $1,000 - $2,000 MXN**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
