Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Responsible for Final Assembly Production Lines- Responsible for the purchase and administration of all the "production Supplies" for the final assembly lines.- Responsible for assisting in the creation of manufacturing objectives- Ensure KPIs are met by working to the plan- Ensure intime and complete shipping orders- Effectively and efficiently manage the production of the required daily/weekly/monthly targets- Take decisions that contribute satisfactorily to our Quality Policy, these decisions or actions must promote a culture of continuity in the organization, must focus on exceeding customer expectations, in addition to providing products and services of excellent quality.- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills ensuring the safety and integrity of all employeesExperiência y requisitos- Bachelor’s degree as an industrial Engineer, Manufacturing or Production- 5 years as a Manufacturing Manager- English Advanced- Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making- Change agent- Strategic planning- Experience in risk analysis- Project manager training- Experience in cost reduction projects- Demonstrable experience in OPEX- Goals oriented- Lean manufacturing training- Problem solving training- VISA / PASSPORT- Hands on- Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members- Dynamic- Green Belt CertificationBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Producción/Manufactura**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés **Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
