Job Summary We are seeking a Mobile Automation Tester with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in web applications, mobile applications and API test metrics and reporting along with proficiency in testing tools and frameworks. This role involves ensuring end-to-end business process assurance and requires strong skills in Azure DevOps (Test management module). The position is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel. Hands-on experience of testing in Microservices Architecture. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive testing of web applications to ensure functionality and performance meet company standards. Utilize test metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Implement and manage testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes. Perform manual end-to-end business process assurance to verify system integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Document and report defects using Azure DevOps to facilitate resolution. Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality. Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and outcomes. Adapt to new testing methodologies and tools to enhance testing efficiency. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and practices. Support the development team by providing detailed feedback on product performance. Qualifications Good Hands-on Mobile automation experience Good Hands-on Web and API automation experience Good understanding and hands-on in framework update/modification Demonstrate proficiency in Azure DevOps for defect management. Have a basic understanding of programming to support testing activities. Display excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration. Why Cognizant?
