Is looking for its next Marketing Coordinator based in Monterrey.**Your new role**As an Marketing Coordinator you will be in charge of:- Market research- Preparation of proposals in accordance with corporate guidelines- Preparation of presentations, of tourbooks Preparation of semi-annual reports, with 18 industrial markets in Mexico in coordination with the CDMX Industrial Office- Electronic brochures, Design of signs and banners for properties- Close communication with HQ in CDMX and with HQ in Chicago, corporate practices Execution and coordination with the CDMX team to upload listings and properties to the company's website**What you'll need to succeed*****You must have at least 3 years of experience in marketing and market research roles.Preparation of presentations, reports, design, communication, social networks, image development.Advanced English is a must another language is a plus.**What you'll get in return**An attractive compensation package and benefits above the law.**What you need to do now**If this job isn't quite right for you but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career. #
