Our customers span SaaS , Ecommerce/DTC , and Enterprise customer portals (finance, insurance, travel, etc.). The Role We’re looking for a CRO/UX Specialist who can wear three hats: CRO expert (conversion rate optimization) Customer Success specialist (onboarding & demo) : You meet with new users/customers and help them with setup and get to value quickly: Configure funnels, segments, etc. As a CRO expert you speak the language of our customers who are in PM, Marketing, CS, Engineering. Content contributor : turn real work into practical writing (CRO/UX playbooks, teardown-style posts, case studies) This is a hands-on role. You’ll be in the product, in real customer journeys, and in front of customers. Requirements STRONG verbal and written English Please don't waste your and our time if your English isn't strong. 3 years in CRO/UX optimization for a live website/web app (B2B SaaS and/or Ecommerce). Strong analytics behavior tooling experience (GA4 and a replay/heatmap/funnel tool such as FullSession, Hotjar, etc.). High ownership: you work independently, communicate clearly async, and ship work without heavy supervision. What We Offer Flexible, remote-friendly engagement (start part-time 20 hours; option to expand). Fair compensation at $23/hr FT equivalent (173.3 hrs) = $3,986 Work on meaningful CRO/UX problems with modern behavior analytics tooling.
