Job Description:
Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Production Manager - Assembly & Paint.
What you’ll do:

Liderazgo en general de las áreas de manufactura con respecto al logro de las metas del área como el cumplimento al programa de producción, calidad del producto, costo, productividad y las metas de seguridad, será responsable de coordinar con todas las áreas de soporte y grupos funcionales para cumplir con los requerimientos del cliente, impulsar el desempeño para el logro de las metas financieras así como las metas estratégicas y asegurar el uso adecuado de los recursos y motivar al equipo de trabajo para crear una cultura de trabajo de alto desempeño.
Responsabilidades de la posición
  • Administrar y dirigir todas las actividades de manufactura para asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos del cliente
  • Evaluar los indicadores de desempeño e implementar planes de acción para asegurar el cumplimiento al programa, costo y otras metas
  • Asegurar que la documentación requerida y las transacciones son ejecutadas con respecto los diferentes requerimientos
  • Asegurar que las políticas, procedimientos y cualquier otra documentación requerida es cumplida con el fin de mantener la consistencia en el cumplimiento de los requisitos
  • Brindar liderazgo y soporte con respecto a las mejoras de calidad, productividad, entregas
  • Soporte al diseño del producto en las etapas de introducción de nuevos productos para asegurar que los tiempos se cumplan
  • Asegurar que las actividades con respecto a seguridad, salud y medio ambiente son abordadas con el fin de cumplir con los requisitos regulatorios y las políticas de Eaton
  • Evaluar el desempeño operacional del equipo con el fin de administrar el desempeño, promociones, incrementos, transferencias, bajas, recomendaciones, etc.
  • Desarrollar presupuestos, planes de recursos y monitorear el desempeño para el logro de los objetivos
  • Coordinar y dar soporte a las iniciativas de la empresa con el fin de promover las mejores practicas dentro de la organización
  • Desarrollar e implementar programas con la utilización de los elementos del EBS para el logro de los objetivos estratégicos del negocio
  • Asegurar que los sistemas y la operación esta en cumplimiento con el sistema de gestión de calidad
  • Análisis de causas raíz para reducción de scrap y retrabajos así como desarrollar planes de acciones correctivas

Qualifications:
  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería o Administración de una institución acreditada, estudios avanzados son deseables.
  • De 7 a 10 años de experiencia en posiciones de liderazgo en manufactura y/o otras áreas operativas
Conocimiento Técnico
  • Conocimiento detallado de procesos de pintura en polvo, pretratamientos y plantas de tratamiento de agua
  • Experiencia administrativa a nivel gerencial
  • Experiencia comprobable en operaciones y mejora continua
  • Experiencia analítica solida en solución de problemas y herramientas de resolución de problemas (ELSS, 8D, PDCA, etc.)
  • Administración de negocios, procesos en general, presupuestos y costos
  • Bilingüe
  • MS Office
  • Green Belt deseable
  • Sistemas MRP/ERP"
