¿Qué estamos buscando?Serás responsable de dirigir, instrumentar y ejecutar el adecuado monitoreo a nivel central de los créditos en la BEyG a través de la explotación de las BBDD así como ejecutar las matrices de riesgo por sector del portafolio de crédito de la institución para la anticipación a deterioros o incumplimientos.
- Validación del cumplimiento de las obligaciones contractuales establecidas en los contratos de crédito de Largo Plazo (seguimiento de Covenants).
- Desarrollar y ejecutar nuevas metodologías de seguimiento crediticio.
- Análisis de información de Estados Financieros de todas las compañías acreditadas por el Banco.
- Orientar la originación y actividad comercial enfocada a los productos de crédito de largo plazo en conjunto con la Red de Banqueros y equipos de Estructuración de financiamiento, lo que implicará: Análisis de seguimiento por industria del portafolio de créditos (Real Estate, Consumo, Manufactura, etc.).
- Interpretar de forma adecuada la información para anticiparse a nuevas oportunidades de negocio (refinanciamientos, financiamientos de CAPEX, consolidaciones de industrias, renegociaciones).
- Coadyuvar en la Estructuración de Financiamiento para su adecuado seguimiento.
Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Finanzas, Economía, Actuaría, Contabilidad o afín, deseable Maestría o especialidad en Crédito, Finanzas o afín.
Experiencia: Actividades de monitoreo de crédito (Portfolio Monitoring), Estructuración de crédito, Riesgo de crédito, Análisis financiero, Crédito empresarial, Gestión de Proyectos, Análisis de Datos.
Si cuentas con conocimiento en:
- Análisis e Interpretación de Estados Financieros
- Dominio técnico del crédito y experiencia contrastada en procesos complejos
- Red Empresas/BEC/BEI/BEyG/CIB
- Financiamiento Estructurado
- Modelos de Riesgo
- Seguridad Bancaria y Prevención del Fraude
- Mercado & Competencia
