Our long history, and our products, internationally recognized for their quality and innovation, make us one of the most respected OEM suppliers in the automotive industry.**Recruitment and Selection Specialist****Your future role**:- Recruitment, Selection and Hiring Processes of Direct, Indirect and Administrative Personnel.- Coordination of processes and systems management (goal setting, performance review, development/career plans)- Application and interpretation of psychometric tests- Management of competency-model interviews- Liaison with educational institutions of higher and middle school, to attract talent- Job profiles management- Liaison with educational institutions of higher and middle school, to attract talent- Administration and control of expenses applicable to the position.- Control of documents in quality management system.**Your profile**:- Bachelor's degree in Administration or related.- 4 years of experience in Human Resources area in automotive industry.- Experience in Recruitment and Selection processes- Experience in FORTIA, MyTalent, SF, PsycoWeb systems (desirable).- Knowledge and participation in continuous improvement projects- ISO 14001, IATF16949 standards (desirable) - English Language Fluent- Proactive.- Sense of urgency.- Work under pressure.- Teamwork- Schedule availability.- Service attitude.**Equal Opportunity Statement**Maxion Wheels maintains a written and widely distributed policy on equal employment opportunity.
