That enables large organisations to deliver better software, faster and at lower cost.We are a global and diverse company with 34 different nationalities and with over 25 languages spoken.We promote an open minded environment and encourage our employees to create their own success story in this high performance environment.If you are looking for a place to feel real autonomy, an innovative and creative environment to create crazy stuff,** look no further****Job Description**:As **Middle Front End Software Engineer **you will be helping us to develop our main product, **Developer Analytics**. **DA** allows existing teams and projects to measure a unique combination of productivity, code maintainability and the cost of software developers who are contributing to a client’s code base.We’re also looking for someone that wants to have the chance to innovate, improve their code skill, and h**ave a real impact on the development and user experience of the Product****You will have the opportunity to**:- Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, and maintainable code and peer to peer code reviews.- Analyse User stories, requirements and translate it into features in the UI.- Develop solutions with a focus on end-user experience, high availability, low latency and scalability.- Collaborate and stay up-to-date with technologies trends, best-practices and share those ideas with the team through code reviews, team discussions, and project proposals- Lead small features inside the team to deliver value.- Work closely with the UX and Product team to ensure understanding of the implications of your Ul implementation.**Qualifications**:**What You Need to Succeed in this role**:- Minimum 3 years of experience in Ul development.- Vast knowledge in Javascript, HTML/5, CSS/3.- Strong understanding of UX delivering value to the User.- Thorough understanding of RESTful web services and experience working with them.**This could be an added bonus**:- Experience with any modern JS framework i.e. React, Angular, Vue.- Experience with unit testing Javascript code (Jasmine, Mocha, Chai, Jest).- Experience with responsive design and/or material, flexbox, grid design.Additional Information**Benefits**:- 30 Aguinaldo days- 25% Holiday bonus- 25 vacation days + 7 extra bank holidays- Food Vouchers / Grocery Card (1050 MXN/month)- Savings Fund (5% contributions from Employer and 5% from Employee)- Major medical insurance, Vision and Dental (Extended to family)- Social security based on 100% payroll- Flexible Work from Home policy - 2 days home p/w- Flexible Work from Long Distance - 4 weeks a year- Free drinks and snacks in the office- International travel opportunities & Global annual meet upStay connected with us on LinkedIn or keep an eye on our career page for future opportunities
