Responsible for managing Global Best Practices implementation, training and process improvements for the Program Management Organization. Will also support the development and implementation of new projects and strategies.Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:- Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.- Coordinates with the Global PM Team the actions necessary for compliance with the initiatives- Provide support, knowledge and expertise with program management processes as required.- Identify and develop training for Program Management.- Support the implementation of different global initiatives.- Reviews program proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.- Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction and have responsibility for projects of various complexities.- Support production sites for new launches, launch costs and other customer related matters through leadership and expertise.- Demonstrates advanced operations, technical, financial and process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.- Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.- Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports.- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from internal customers.
