**Job Description**:Clinical Specialist (Operating Room)Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the worldAs Clinical Specialist you will play a key role for providing clinical arguments towards the customers and also this position is in charge of the clinical development of the sales representatives in Medical Solutions Division. In this role you will be able to elevate the level of practice within the hospitals we visit and to professionalize our team.The impact you will make in this role- Make the whole team achieve the sales target by providing them the clinical knowledge they require.- Drive growth on strategic portfolios based on clinical advantages and normativity compliance- Motivate the sales team to implement the strategies for the segment- Contribute to increase the level of practice within our reachYour Skills and Expertise- General Surgeons or Nurses- Clinical experience regarding the operating room dynamic (minimun 3 years)- Capable of leading teams without a formal direct reporting line- Training and communication skills to educate the repsAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:- Follow up skills- Empathy- Communication skillsSupporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
