As **Marketing Quality Assurance Specialist** your main goal will be to ensure that every deliverable meets the highest standards while seeking opportunities for improvement. That means chasing perfection, no matter what.**What would you do? (responsibilities)**- Review campaigns for content and copy accuracy and functionality as well as confirm setup and subscriber segmentation accuracy- Monitor campaigns post-deployment to validate successful completion- Measure campaign performance, clearly communicate results and share feedback- Understand campaign requirements and handle data in order to test, set up and measure campaign’s behavior and performance- Create and standardize the Quality Assurance Workbook and campaign’s quality checklist- Research, recommend and implement tools to continuously increase quality and automation across the team- Collaborate closely with your teammates to implement best practices throughout the design, delivery and optimization process.- Gather feedback across teams and be the point of contact for any issues on campaigns performance and functionality**Who are you? (experience & skills)**Strategy, Journeys and Processes- Experience developing quality frameworks and processes that improve efficiency, establish standards and ensure accurate campaign delivery- Experience designing and executing tests for marketing campaigns focused on accuracy and overall quality- Strong working knowledge of campaigns management, marketing workflows and marketing automation technology- 2-3 years of experience in position as Marketing QA, Digital Marketing, Campaigns Specialist or similar- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar; or equivalent work experience- **English: Intermediate**Communication and documentation skills- Detail oriented, well organized, meets deadlines and focused on results- Great verbal and written communication skills to work effectively across departments.- Excellent multi-tasking skills. Ability to work across several projects with competing deadlines and have the ability to effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize deliverables.- Analytical and problem solving mindset- Ability to use key performance metrics and data to provide insights and make strategic business recommendations**We offer**:- A role with a lot of autonomy to make decisions and flex your capabilities.
