To retain and develop top talent, we foster a work environment that celebrates creativity, encourages skill development, and enables multidisciplinary collaboration.**Skills and knowledge that the student will acquire during practice**:- Student in the last semesters of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.- Focused on meeting objectives and following processes and procedures.- Fluency in English (written and spoken).**Preferred Skills**:- Good proficiency in Office Suite: Excel (Pivot tables, financial formulas, etc.), Word, PowerPoint.- Preferably knowledge in project analysis.**It is expected that at the end of their Internship the student will be able to**:- Technical development of the Service scope in response to the RFP sent by the client, which includes: Service scope, economic proposal (price), and financial conditions.- Follow-up on approvals from the areas of: Purchasing, pricing, Credit, and Bonds (Finance).- Delivery of approved (won) proposal information to Delivery.- Entry of signed Contract - Support for documenting project billing and to support Revenue Recognition.- Perform other related tasks as assigned.**Job requirements**:- Excellent spelling.- Excellent oral and written communication.- Intermediate use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.- Conversational English.- Recently graduated or in the last semesters of a degree related to Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.**Main activities**:- Technical development of the Service scope in response to the RFP sent by the client.- Follow-up on approvals from the areas of: Purchasing, pricing, Credit, and Bonds (Finance).- Delivery of approved (won) proposal information to Delivery.- Entry of signed Contract - Support for documenting project billing and to support Revenue Recognition.- Perform other related tasks as assigned.**Schedule specifications**:- 25 hours a week.
