**Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the marketing digital transformation project across LATAM.- Act as the main point of contact between the company, external agencies, and regional marketing teams across six countries.- Coordinate with the design provider (MICompañia) and external vendors to ensure timely and aligned deliverables.- Define, document, and manage functional specifications in collaboration with key stakeholders.- Support the migration and standardization of processes previously managed locally.- Drive organizational change management related to the marketing operating model transformation.- Prepare and maintain supporting documentation: timelines (MS Project), process diagrams (Visio), and progress reports (Excel).- Communicate effectively with marketing teams, understanding their language, priorities, and needs.- Follow up on deliverables, milestones, and key tasks to ensure adherence to timeline.- Identify risks and contribute to mitigation planning.**Qualifications**:**Required**:- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.- 3 years of experience in Project Management.- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to engage with business areas, external agencies, and multicultural teams.- Strategic Thinking & Operational Execution: Capable of understanding the business and delivering hands-on execution.- Marketing Functional Know-How: Practical knowledge of assets, POP, PDP, digital campaigns, and traditional media (e.g., TV).- Communication & Adaptability: Able to speak the 'language' of marketing and adjust approach depending on country or team.- Functional Documentation: Experience creating structured documentation and functional specifications.- Tools: Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, and Excel.- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).- Hands-on Approach: Self-driven, proactive, and action-oriented profile.- Cultural Flexibility: Comfortable working in regional, culturally diverse environments.Contratación por proyecto por honorarios asimilados, con una duración inicial de 7 meses.Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
