Somos el Grupo L'Oréal.¿Te gustaría formar parte de una empresa líder en el campo de la cosmética y la belleza a nível internacional, presente en más de 130 países, que cuenta con más de 35 marcas internacionales y también se preocupa por el desarrollo de las personas?Te invitamos a unirte a nuestra comunidad y a participar con nosotros para conocer nuestra empresa, nuestra cultura y futuras posiciones.**Ahora estamos buscando nuestro próximo**:CONTROLLEREl Controller es el responsable de coordinar y supervisar la realización del presupuesto para una o varias áreas de actividad y la integridad del activo fijo, con base en los lineamientos actuales y presupuesto confirmado para garantizar la integridad de las diferentes cuentas de balance asociadas a los procesos.**Requisitos**:- Estudios nível licenciatura- 5 años de experiência en gestión financiera, contabilidad y auditoría.- Conocimientos técnicos: Excel avanzado, contabilidad general, control de gestión, normas contables, finanzas, análisis de proyectos.- Ingles avanzado**Principales funciones**:- Elaborar el plan, presupuesto y tendencias para su área de actividad para monitorear y llevar un control del presupuesto- Producir y/o supervisar reportes mensuales para área de actividad con el fin de asegurar que cada área cumpla con su presupuesto- Monitorear los costos y eficacia de las acciones tomadas de acuerdo con los estándares y buenas prácticas de control interno con el fin de mantener enlaces constantes con sus contactos- Implementar buenas prácticas de control interno dentro de su área de actividad, para efectos de auditorías internas o externas- Cumplir las BPM en todos los procesos, respetando las normas de seguridad aportando productos de calidad y cuidando el medio ambiente**Ubicación**: L´Oréal Planta San Luis - San Luis PotosíNo pierdas la oportunidad de conocer más del mundo de la belleza.¿Quiénes somos?**"Operaciones**: el corazón del desempeño responsable de L’Oréal".Cada día, los avances tecnológicos están cambiando el mundo tal como lo conocemos.
