What You’ll Do Hire, train, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing outbound sales team. Align directly with Co-CEO on goals, strategy, and execution. Optimize outbound processes and refine scalable strategies. Use data to track performance and make informed decisions. Oversee CRM practices (HubSpot preferred) to ensure efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals. What We’re Looking For Fluent English: C2 English level for fast-paced, clear, and concise communication. Sales Leadership: At least 1 year leading, training or coaching outbound teams (SDRs). Data-Driven: Proficient in CRM tools, able to analyze trends and take actions to improve results.
