**Position: Strategic Buyer****Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following**:- Development & implementation of metal parts commodity strategy,- Driving suppliers performance and relationship;- Cooperating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, building and develop strong and mutual beneficial partnerships to fulfill the overall procurement targets within cost optimization, increasing value and contractual compliance;- Sourcing and on-boarding new suppliers in line with commodity strategy;- Performing market analysis to maintain a good knowledge of potential evolutions within the assigned commodity (new players, new technologies, etc.),- Participation in cross-functional projects, price and contract negotiations;- Monitoring overall performance of the category and driving improvement actions when required.- Supporting Operations according to escalation process.**Education/ Skills/ Knowledge**:- Bachelor and/or master within a relevant field of study, preferred engineering background;- Proven track record within strategic procurement (+2 years);- Experienced in leading negotiation- Goal-oriented and proactive;- Excellent English communication skills, other languages will be an asset;- Willingness to travel internationally,- Ability to use ERP system and MS Office (in particular proficiency in Excel).
