**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**:- Coordinate imports and exports of materials: such as raw materials, spare parts, finished products processing the necessary permits, certificates and documentation before the competent authority based on the government regulations provided in this regard.- Integrate the files of each of the import and export operations carried out keeping the archiving of them as a requirement by law.- Review the integration of expense accounts by the Customs Agents of each of the operations carried out verifying they are correct and documented, and make the corresponding payment requirement based on the negotiated agreements.- Shipping and tracking of import purchase orders.- Monitoring and control of the documentation of any process related to IMMEX operations. (import Export).- IVA and IEPS certification.- Analysis and administration of the program Annex 24.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Strong Knowledge in: foreign trade, customs law, trade code, IMMEX, shipments and logistics.- Planning and developing.- Communicates well both in writing and verbally (Spanish and English).- Proactive- Analytic- Dynamic- Problem Solver- Responsible- FULLY BILINGUAL- Salary based on experiencieTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesHorario:- Diurno- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaIdioma:- Inglés AVANZADO (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: In person
