**Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Business Manager in the lighting solutions industry in the Leon, Mexico, region. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, and paid time off.****Responsibilities**:- Contacting and securing business opportunities.- Maximize customer potential.- Present the company in a professional and engaging manner.- Identify the customer needs for current and future needs.- Work with the customer from sale through implementation to ensure the product is to their standards.- Support project design department, installers, and Project Manager.- Communicating results and progress using written and oral communication to peers and management.- Occasional travel, including international, may be required.- Report directly to CEO.**Qualifications**:- Bachelors Degree required.- Sales background a must.
