**Responsibilities**:- **International Accounting**:- Record and reconcile complex accounting entries, including interest and multi-currency transactions.- Monitor and adjust for differences in exchange rates.- Manage advance payments for international sales, ensuring compliance with various payment terms.- **Financial Documentation**:- Review and handle documents for different types of international payment terms.- Prepare detailed financial and accounting reports for audits and analysis.- **Multilingual Communication**:- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with international clients, suppliers, and colleagues.- Translate and draft accounting and financial documents in both languages.- **Regulatory Compliance**:- Ensure compliance with international and local accounting regulations.- Collaborate with other departments to implement proper accounting procedures.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role with a focus on international transactions.- Additional certifications in accounting or finance are a plus.- Mastery of complex accounting techniques, such as interest accounting and exchange rate differences.- Experience with accounting tools and financial management software.- Knowledge of advance payments management and international payment terms.- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.- Problem-solving abilities and informed decision-making under pressure.**Requirements**:- Previous experience in international accounting or a similar role.- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role with a focus on international transactions.- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.- In-depth knowledge of international accounting practices, including currency handling and exchange rate differences.- Familiarity with accounting software; experience with Zoho Books (Wave) and/or QuickBooks is a plus.**Benefits**100% Remote.From Monday to Friday.Paid vacations and 8 holidays a year.Additional benefits are available after one year of employment.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- international accounting: 3 años (Obligatorio)- advance payments management and international payment terms: 2 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)- Español (Obligatorio)
