We are currently looking for an Investment Operations Analyst for our Delegated Investment Solutions Operations team in the Mexico City Office.The team is part of the wider Global Investment Operations group, of 160 colleagues, whose core focus is on supporting and servicing the needs of our Investments business and clients. Working with a large, experienced team will allow you to learn about many aspects of the Investment industry whilst building your knowledge of the third-party service providers that we work with.**The Role**The focus of the role is to perform investment operations functions for predominantly pension fund clients while working closely with operations colleagues, custodians, and investment managers to ensure the investment operation functions are completed accurately and on a timely basis. This role requires a team-player who is numbers and detail oriented with good knowledge of investment management or custodian back-office operations. The Investment Operations world is wide ranging and includes some exciting challenges.Working knowledge of investment management/custodian back-office operations including:- Dealing with custodians/investment managers/administrators- Invoice reconciliation, gathering and filing financial documents for audit purposes, keep clients’ information filed appropriately and up to date- Monitoring and compliance support- Procedures and controls (risk management).- Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports for the investment clients- Work as part of dedicated operations team providing a variety of services to designated clients- Collaborate with other analysts and portfolio managers for delivery of data and client communication- Liaise with members of the wider investment team and Benefits practice in order to gain the necessary data and understanding of the client’s needs- Deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectations- Increase efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes**The Requirements**- Minimum two years’ professional experience, ideally gained in a client-service oriented environment- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business, financial or investment related fields- Interest in financial investing and the investment field- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow is key- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Comfortable and successful in a team environment- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Power Point to create and produce dynamics reports and spreadsheets with accuracy and clarity- Enjoy working with numbers and compiling data, using your mathematical and analytical skills to maximize your efforts and thorough work ethic- Ability to meet deadlines, manage workload effectively, and demonstrate effective time management skills as well as ability to self-motivate- Bilingual English required.- Equal Opportunity Employer_
