ING Bank Romania is an universal bank with more than 1.8 million customers from three business segments: individuals (retail), SME and Mid-Corporate companies and Wholesale Banking.Join usMissionAs a Full Stack Developer, you will be a member of an Agile team of Developers, which is working with other Agile teams, each one dedicated to a specific business value chain: Lending/Non-lending for Individual/Companies.Solution Selling Application Suite consists of three main pillars:- Satellite services (proprietary and vendor delivered, global components) that allow integration and interaction with the rest of the systems in the bank and outside of it;- A BPM platform (proprietary - developed in-house).Your day to day- Work with:.Net 4.7,.Net 6.0,.Net 8.0, WCF, REST services, SQL Server, Azure DevOps CdaaS pipelines, OpenShift/Kubernetes;- Working with additional development tools: Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, SSMS, Git, Azure DevOps, Confluence, ServiceNow;- Provide technical insight and actively participate in feature analysis;- Be part of a CI/CD environment;- Participate in the scrum ceremonies with your team;- Keep the technical documentation up to date with new/ changed technical design details during implementation;- Create and update the Release Form with all details needed to promote the software to the production environment;- You take responsibility of your code - from IDE to local development environment to production;What you bring to the team- Confidence in working in a Microsoft ecosystem;- Good understanding of the Windows platform;- Knowledge of.Net Core ,.NET Framework, IIS, SQL Server;- Experience with using package managers (NuGet, npm);- Engineering Skills;- Collaborative Skills;- Experience or high curiosity in docker is a plus;- Eager to learn and continuously improve your technical skills;- Interest in understanding the big picture and experience in full development cycle;- Ability to effectively interface with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels;- Excellent problem solving/analytical skills;- Good communication skills, able to have a close professional relation with colleagues, but also with the business product owners and product managers;- Excellent knowledge of English;- It would be really nice to have experience or real desire to learn about Docker, Kubernetes, Container Orchestration, Microservices Architecture, API design, API gateways, Swagger, ORM experience (EF,Dapper).What we offer- Impactful work in a fun and collaborative environment- Open-concept offices designed for both team work and relaxation- Corporate events and social gatherings- Hybrid way of working with flexible working schedule and short week options- Monthly budget on Benefit platform- Extra annual leave days depending on the total length of working experience- Growth opportunities through upskilling/ reskilling programs and a variety of learning and development platforms: ING Learning Centre, Udemy, Bookster, as well as through trainings and certifications- Possibility to access Internal roles, International Short-Term Assignments or Long-Term Assignments- Context to make an impact through Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility projects.
