We are seeking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team and provide benchmark support for our biggest Operation in the Americas Region located in Monterrey. You will work closely with customers and other engineers to effectively develop inspection & testing processes for our products. You will have multiple responsibilities and the opportunity to grow in a multi-national industry dedicated to design and engineer our customer's supply chain business.**What we offer**:**What We Offer**:- Career Development- Competitive Compensation and Benefits- Pay Transparency- Global Opportunities- Dematic provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. _- This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training. _**Tasks and Qualifications**:This is what you will do in this role:- Implement an end-to-end Product Inspection Model from Product Performance (Installation Sites) to Product Critical Characteristics (Design)- Responsible for coaching and mentoring 12 Quality Inspectors- Establish a fast response process to provide quick and accurate containment feedback for on-site and off-site Customer Complaints- Implement an ISO-17025 control system for a Laboratory with CMM capacity as well as for all controlled tooling used in assembly lines- Develop an Inspection Viewer that incorporates Risk (PFMEA) that is usable and real-time updated for Quality Inspectors- Implement an MTR program that incorporates Testing Requirements for critical products as well as a user-intuitive record system for everyone within Dematic.- Responsible for Quarantine Areas control and continuous improvement- Responsible for executing a Budget for direct and indirect personnelWhat We Are Looking For:- 8+ years of experience in Manufacturing related business (automotive is a plus)- Lean Six Sigma Training (Green or Black Belt)- 3+ years of experience in Customer Quality management- 3+ years as ISO 17025 Coordinator- 4+ years of ISO 9001 Certification experience in Quality Systems- Self-motivated and self-oriented Quality professional- English fluent (written and conversational)LI-AM1
