1. Responsible for the operation and management of overseas warehouses, ensuring their normal operation and improving their energy efficiency.2. Develop strategic goals, regulations, and key work plans for warehousing based on the company's development strategic plan and annual work plan;3. Responsible for the operation and management of overseas warehouse products such as initial shipment, one piece shipping, reverse logistics, etc., including the purchase, shipment, storage, return, inventory, order processing, customer service, warehouse management, and distribution management system operation of goods;4. Responsible for developing, implementing, and improving the warehouse management system and its operational process SOP based on the actual operation of the warehouse, and supervising to ensure its effective implementation. Provide institutional support for process standardization and continuously optimize it;5. Responsible for team building, employee training, talent gradient construction, and warehouse organizational structure optimization;6. Responsible for managing local employment in Mexico and reducing employment risks;7. Responsible for building a local warehouse and logistics system in Mexico, providing customers with the best local warehouse and logistics services in Mexico.8. Responsible for establishing a local warehousing and logistics service provider resource network.**Job Requirement**1. College degree or above, Chinese or local Chinese residing abroad, fluent in Spanish, with no communication barriers;2. At least 5 years of management experience, with at least 2 years of warehouse operation and management experience. Third party warehousing/overseas warehousing experience is preferred;3. At least 2 years of work experience in Mexico, familiar with Mexican labor laws and local laws, regulations, and policies;4. Have good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills;5. Possess self driving, proactive, and strong learning abilities.6.
