Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Training Coordinator**Your role and responsibilities**In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible to develop the training process, implementing training methodologies and ensures the necessary skills for the employees.The work model for the role is**:#L-onsite**You will be mainly accountable for:- Onboarding-Organizational: Design of onboarding process, from hire to certification, meeting organizational requirements. Partners with Trainers to ensure a proper execution of Onboarding and knowledge transfer process.- Training Design: Basic "Train the Trainers" delivery to instructors. Training programs & material design. Soft skills training for key personnel. Trainings evaluations & check for understanding. Continuous content & audiovisual development. Participate in DNC process. Coordinate internal/external training courses. Participate in regulatory training requirements.- HR Solutions: Partner with managers and employees in the relevant location to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies. Acts as partner, coach and facilitator to front line leaders, counsel on the most effective solutions to resolve issues. Provide HR support hourly population in the Monterrey site while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders.- Our team dynamics_You will join a **innovative and proactive team.****Qualifications for the role**- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.- At least 2 years of experience in experience in corporate training and talent development.- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)- Knowledge in the training process, training methodologies, and the development of multiple training programs.- Advanced English.- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Strong organizational skills.- Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment- Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels. Passion for continuous process improvement and simplification of routine deliverables. Passion for innovative solutions and process improvement.
