**Job ID**: **Required Travel** :Minimal**Managerial - No****Location**: :MEXICO- GUADALAJARA (Amdocs Site)**Who are we?**:**In one sentence**:An RF Engineer must use creativity and sound judgment to provide the proper design, planning and optimization of the portion of the network assigned to them, have flexibility in managing their workflow on a daily basis, use their discretion on how much time to spend on a task based on the priority set by management, have the ability to interface with cross-functional team members to gain the support required to accomplish their assignments.**What will your job look like?**:- Responsible for complete Project Management & drive the lifecycle of a project. Estimate work and be a focal point for delivering on tasks and raise potential scope issues to the team.- You will own the progress and predicts risks (Quality, timeline and budget) as needed and takes vital mitigations required to meet the critical metrics, prioritize activities (self, team, external).- Responsible for People Management, whereby you will attract, develop and retain talent to build and maintain strong, effective and competent teams, and enhances their knowledge. Structures the group in a way that is best-suited and maximizes efficiency.- You will be accountable for meeting quality objectives. Ensure that the team follows the best RF engineering practices, quality processes and methodologies. Lead continuous improvement via Root Cause Analysis, Lessons Learnt and Prevention processes. Track quality critical metrics and acts to continuously improve quality and measurements.- You will promote clarity and alignment by communicating effectively, on an ongoing basis, to the project team on the unit goals and status, project matters, companywide changes, special initiative status, etc.- Promote a culture of continuous improvements/efficiencies to the RF engineering and/or business processes throughout of the box thinking on product and processes and by utilizing or creating new engineering tools and different innovation techniques.- You will lead efficiently the key partner relationship and communication to ensure that the project's delivery is aligned to meet not only the customer's requirements but to add value to the business as well.- You will advocate, works with project teams to understand the need for change. Plan, communicate and execute the desired changes.**All you need is...**:- Education and Experience BS in Engineering, Engineering Technology or equivalent technical degree; or equivalent work experience required- Must have recent LTE Design experience with competing carrier- Solid understanding of RF propagation principles, cellular theory, RF engineering tools and antenna theory.- Good understanding of hardware(Nokia/Ericsson) from network design perspective- Experience with various drive test units.- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.- Strong computer skills.
