Dan is de functie van (Senior) Beleidsmedewerker bij het Beveiligingsautoriteit (BVA)/Chief Security Office iets voor jou Wat ga je doen? Bij Bureau BVA bij de Raad voor de Rechtspraak werk je op strategisch niveau aan het ontwikkelen van beveiligingsbeleid voor de gehele Rechtspraak (rechtbanken, gerechtshoven, ondersteunende diensten en onze 14.000 medewerkers). Je adviseert de organisatie op bestuurlijk niveau over de gehele breedte van het vakgebied en vertaalt dreigingen en risico’s naar helder geschreven en gedragen beleid. Je bent betrokken bij uiteenlopende thema’s, zoals fysieke, personele beveiliging, weerbaarheid en er zijn nadrukkelijk ook nauwe raakvlakken met informatiebeveiliging, privacy en integriteit. In je nieuwe rol ga je onder meer meewerken aan actuele projecten rondom een vernieuwd integraal beveiligingsbeleid, nieuwe gerechtslocaties en verdere professionalisering en het verder versterken van onze weerbaarheid tegen militaire en hybride dreigingen. Er is hierbij ruimte om eigen initiatieven te nemen en deze tot volwaardige beleidsproducten uit te werken. Door je creativiteit, onderzoekend en analytisch vermogen schrik je niet van een blanco stuk papier. Naast het stellen van beleidskaders lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het toezicht op de naleving van beveiligingsnormen binnen de Rechtspraak. Via audits en andere toetsinstrumenten beoordeel je de ‘compliance’ en bevorder je het in gang zetten van verbeteringen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega’s binnen het landelijk expertteam security (LES) en lokale beveiligingscoördinatoren (BVC-en).
