**Position Summary**Supervises and manages the personnel under his/her charge to comply with the preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance program, controls the cost of repairs and productivity of his subordinates. Likewise, controls the maintenance of the plant facilities.**Responsibilities**- Safety talks with your work team daily to avoid incidents.- Plans and coordinates the execution of Preventive, Predictive and Corrective maintenance of process equipment.- Formulate material and/or spare parts requests from your area to maintain stock.- Serves suppliers and decides to whom orders will be placed in accordance with the purchasing department's supplier competition.- Coordinates the installation of new equipment, as well as improvements to existing equipment.- Plan and coordinate the execution of maintenance on plant facilities.- Manage daily reports with technicians.- Manages and coordinates the activities of the personnel under his/her charge so that the company's objectives are meet.- Makes the staff attendance report, authorizes overtime, and controls the permissions of the staff under their charge.- Manages department metrics (Security, PMs, Down Time, Electrical energy consumption and water consumption)- Maintains area’s metrics (charts, paretos and action plans).- Analyze TOP 5 Down Time of the month and generate an action plan. Available to travel.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.- 3 years of experience in the equipment maintenance area or in a similar position.- Advanced English / Fluent spoken and written.- PLCs Intermediate Level (experience in creating PLC programs)- HMI (Panel View touch screen) Intermediate level programming experience.- Servo Motors and Servo Drives knowledge.- Stepper Motors knowledge.- Pneumatics knowledge.- Hydraulics knowledge.- Electrical control knowledge.- Mechanics of industrial manufacturing equipment.- Reading electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.- Available to travel (VISA).Abilities:- Organized- Strong interpersonal skills.- Analytical- Ability to handle conflicts.- Strong communication skills- Responsible- Integrate- Team oriented.- Self-motivated Motivated by your goals**Parker Hannifin**Parker Mexico is looking for a: Maintenance Engineer**Language Tags
