**Job Description Summary**: Americas Cash Intern**Roles and responsibilities**:- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of billing and Order Intake (OI) data files for regional reviews.- Manage key trackers, including:- CS Billing CQ Tracker (forecast, actuals, and estimates).- Weekly Cash Punchlist File for FP&A and operational rhythm calls.- Data Research & Report Validation- Conduct research and validate billing data from PDL and ERP systems.- Identify and correct discrepancies in reports by submitting adjustment requests for PDL report errors.- PSP Billing Pacing File Management- Prepare and update the PSP Billing Pacing File daily, tracking:- Estimates- Quarter-to-Date (QTD) Actuals- Remaining forecasts (ETC)**Required qualifications**:- Currently enrolled in a degree in Industrial Engineering or Finance.- Availability to work 40 hrs a week in an in-person modality.- Fluent in English- Intermediate/Advanced use of Microsoft Excel**Benefits Available to You**- Our **compensation & benefits** are designed to help you manage your personal and family needs, while rewarding high performers.
