At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Now we are looking for this position:**Responsibilities****SALES ASSOC POG ANALYST JR*******Main Purpose**This position is aimed at delivering Planogram Service and Category Development support to the Latam region markets. Their responsibilities focuses on building planograms under the project leader guidance. They are responsible for replicating planograms as part or for the total POGs on massive projects, managing time, workloads and quality assurance.They will visit the point of sale to generate and update a database of images and measurements of products and fixtures.This position’s outcome contributes to boost sales and the strengthening of the relationships with our commercial partners. Their duties include, but not limited to, Savory, Oats and Bisquits for Traditional Trade, Organized Trade, Wholesalers, Proximity Stores and Away From Home.**Accountabilities****/ Responsibilities**- _Responsible for reducing the gap between SOS and SOM, ensuring the correct distribution of spaces delivering best-in-class planogram solutions._- _ Developing, modifying, updating and analyzing planograms._- _ Accountable for landing of the Category Manager’s Strategy on the planograms, which requires project, workloads and resourses management._- _ Accountable for updating product images and measurements on a regular basis._**Qualifications****Qualifications / Requirements**- _Education: Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or International Business, even if was partially completed._- _ Desired, but not mandatory, 1-year functional experience on:_- _ Planogramming (desirable Spaceplanning)._- _ Advanced or intermediate Excel skills._- _ Management of databases with large volumes of information._- _ Analysis of sales indicators._- _ Languages: In addition to Spanish, English desired.._- If you have the profile that we are looking, send us your CV by this via, if it's possible that you can participate in this process we will contact you ASAP, if not we will keep your info in our base data for 6 months.**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo
