At nahnu we are looking for a ServiceNow Developer (Workflows) with the following specifications:**Responsibilities**- Designing and implementing end-to-end ServiceNow workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, UI Builder, and other related tools.- Developing and configuring flows, sub-flows, spokes, playbooks, and other workflow components within ServiceNow.- Integrating workflows with internal and external systems using APIs (REST) and other integration methods.- Creating and maintaining business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and other ServiceNow elements to enhance workflow automation.- Collaborating with architects, business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.- Maintaining documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions.**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent- 3-5 years of strong experience with ServiceNow development in complex enterprise environments.- 1 year of hands-on experience with ServiceNow's Flow Designer and Workflow Studio.- 3-5 years of proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages like JavaScript.- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML) and API integrations.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, inter-personal and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile teams.- Experience with other low-code/no-code tools in ServiceNow like App Engine Studio is preferred but not required.- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is a must- Experience with various other ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM is preferred.
