Ready to take on this responsibility?**We are looking to hire a high-volume Sourcing Specialist located in Monterrey, Mexico. Hybrid scheme (1 day a week in office).****English and Spanish are mandatory.****Key Accountabilities**:**What you’ll be doing**:- Develop an understanding of sourcing strategies for each role recruited- Update the recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS) so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity- Develop an awareness of the client's business and their recruitment needs**Skills & Experience**:**You’ll need to demonstrate**:- **Experience with high-volume requisitions**:- **Bilingual English/Spanish is mandatory**:- 3+ years of Sourcing/recruitment- Experience handling **Risk, Insurance and IT requisitions** is desired- You must have a track record of coming up with solutions for achieving demanding targets- Deep knowledge of at least one market sector is essential- You should have a proven talent for communication and relationship building- Excellent communication skills, with a good phone manner and ability to build credible relations over the phone- Previous experience of working within a multinational recruitment or professional services environment would be an advantage- In the world of Talent Sourcing, you will need to be a proactive person, who thrives on working in a high volume professional environment- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (**Workday,** Taleo, Brassring, E-Recruit)**Other**:Every one of us plays a pivotal role in our success, whether engaging directly with clients or shaping the value we add behind the scenes.
