**Vacante para la empresa Rodhe Consultants en Cuauhtémoc, Ciudad de México**:**Creative Operations Manager**Zona de trabajo: Alcaldia Cuauhtémoc CDMX**Responsabilidades**:- Liderar y desarrollar un equipo de diseñadores, directores de arte y PMs.- Garantizar entregables creativos alineados con estándares de marcas estadounidenses.- Coordinar proyectos, flujos de trabajo y revisiones con equipos en EE.UU.- Actuar como enlace cultural y operativo entre México y Estados Unidos.- Supervisar recursos, presupuesto, cumplimiento legal y contrataciones locales.**Requisitos**:- **Inglés y español fluido (oral y escrito) 100% Bilingue**:- 5 años liderando operaciones creativas en agencias o firmas de diseño con mas de 20 personas a tu cargo.- Conocimiento de herramientas como Adobe CC, Figma, Workfront (u otras similares).- Experiência previa trabajando con clientes o equipos en EE.UU.
