About Your Job Designs, develops, modifies, and evaluates options for electronic component products, making complex design recommendations to fulfill requirements. Assesses results for applicability, validity, and conformance with design specifications. Performs moderate design and skilled technical tasks. Authorized to make modifications to current designs to improve performance, work on cost reduction projects, and initiate projects with certification agencies for engineering change approvals. Responsibility for Creating / Developing Designs (20%) Engineering Change Management (30%) Participates in Project Implementation (10%) Clarify Technical Application Requirements for Internal and External Customers (20%) Problem Solving Using Various Techniques (20%) Additional Activities (10%) About You Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Electronic, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience. English proficiency: at least 75% (written, reading, or conversational). Knowledge of Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, PPAP, SPC, etc.). Familiarity with ISO or TS standards.
