In this role, you will work among engineering teams to develop cutting‑edge software solutions. We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our Mexico Delivery Center. This role is responsible for developing and deploying advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions that drive automation, insights, and efficiency for enterprise clients. You’ll work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to bring cutting‑edge AI capabilities into production. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI pipelines for production environments. Collaborate with data scientists to optimize models and transition them from experimentation to scalable deployment. Develop APIs and services that integrate AI capabilities into client applications and workflows. Apply MLOps practices to automate training, validation, deployment, and monitoring of AI models. Leverage cloud‑based AI and ML services (Azure Machine Learning , AWS Sagemaker , Google Vertex AI ) for scalable solutions. Work with large datasets to perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering. Optimize models for performance, latency, and cost‑efficiency in production environments. Stay updated on emerging AI trends, frameworks, and tools to guide technical decisions. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied data science roles. Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience in building and deploying ML models into production (batch or real‑time). Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP also valuable). Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines for ML deployments. Experience implementing data pipelines using tools such as Databricks , Airflow , or Azure Data Factory . Understanding of model monitoring, retraining , and drift management in MLOps frameworks. English proficiency level C1 or higher is a requirement. Nice To Have: Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks like LangChain , Hugging Face , or OpenAI APIs . Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma) and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. Familiarity with data governance and responsible AI practices . Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and consulting delivery models.
